Continuous professional development of Physicians, Pharmacists & Allied healthcare Professionals is conducted in order to keep them updated on the recent trends in healthcare practice, enhance their management skills and develop strategies to improve cancer healthcare outcomes.
Awareness Programs are conducted jointly by professionals and local community partners to train and counsel patients and create awareness regarding the disease and enable people worldwide to safeguard and manage their own health.
At ICN, we collaborate with Global Institutions, specializing in cancer clinical practice & research. Under their expertise, our educational activities are delivered in various formats (Live & Virtual programs, enduring materials, and peer connections) including adapting guidelines and protocols.
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) such as Continuous Medical Education (CME), Continuous Pharmacy Education (CPE), and Continuous Nursing Education (CNE) through the joint provider ship.
Continuous Medical Education (CME) consists of educational activities to develop, maintain and enhance knowledge and accelerate professional and interpersonal relationship skills required by a physician to serve his / her patients, the public, and the healthcare community as a whole. CME content is validated in the best way possible to include the necessary skills and knowledge sets, recognized and accepted professionally within the sphere of clinical medicine and the entire healthcare spectrum. CME activities cover the entire range of topics imperative to the professional development of health care practitioners - from the path-breaking feats achieved in science and research to honing the necessary communication skills. Healthcare professionals can use their CME credit points to meet their requirements for licensure, certification and membership in professional societies, and other professional privileges.
Continuous Nursing Education (CNE) is an educational initiative to enable nurses with the ability to improve patient outcomes by reducing the number of emergency admissions and inpatient stays, increasing patient satisfaction, and reducing adverse events. CNE provides a practice-based platform for nurses to achieve excellence in cancer patient management.
Continuous Pharmacist Education (CPE) is an initiative for pharmacists to provide them with professional exposure, practical knowledge, and a better outlook toward patient advocacy, safe and effective use of prescribed drugs, and engagement in other aspects of pharmaceutical care. Having undergone the CPE program, a pharmacist is expected to be professionally competent in clinical practice, research and education.

We are staunch advocates for cancer patients, working tirelessly to ensure that their voices are heard and their rights are upheld. Through advocacy efforts at local, national, and international levels, we strive to influence policy changes that improve access to care, support research initiatives, and promote patient-centered healthcare practices.
Empowering patients with knowledge is at the heart of what we do. Through educational programs, workshops, and informational resources, we aim to equip individuals with the information they need to make informed decisions about their care, understand their treatment options, and manage their condition effectively.
Early detection is key to improving cancer outcomes. We actively promote screening initiatives and raise awareness about the importance of early disease identification, encouraging individuals to undergo regular screenings and seek medical attention at the first sign of symptoms.
We believe that access to essential treatments and medications is a fundamental right for every cancer patient. Through partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and government agencies, we work to improve access to life-saving medications, treatment modalities, and support services.
We recognize the importance of real-world evidence in shaping healthcare policies and practices. By collecting and analyzing data from patient experiences, we strive to generate insights that drive improvements in cancer care delivery, treatment outcomes, and patient satisfaction.
Despite advancements in cancer research and treatment, disparities and discrepancies persist in cancer management across different regions and demographics. Access to quality care, affordability of treatments, and disparities in healthcare infrastructure are just a few of the challenges faced by cancer patients worldwide. ICN is committed to addressing these discrepancies by advocating for equitable access to care, promoting education and awareness to bridge knowledge gaps, and partnering with local communities and healthcare organizations to implement sustainable solutions. Through our initiatives in patient advocacy, education, and support services, we aim to reduce disparities in cancer management and ensure that all individuals, regardless of their background or circumstances, have access to the resources and support they need to face cancer with resilience and hope.
Our certification program for home patient management equips individuals and caregivers with the skills and knowledge needed to provide quality care in a home setting. Through comprehensive training and ongoing support, we empower patients to take an active role in their own care while ensuring their safety and well-being.
We understand that cancer impacts not only the patient but also their loved ones and caregivers. Our companion certification program provides support and resources to caregivers, ensuring they have the tools and assistance they need to provide optimal care and support for their loved ones throughout their cancer journey.
Our learning management system provides a centralized platform for cancer patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to access educational resources, participate in training programs, and engage in community discussions. Through this platform, we foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and support networks that empower individuals to thrive despite their diagnosis.
At ICN, we are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of cancer patients. Together, we can provide hope, support, and empowerment to those facing the challenges of cancer, one step at a time. Join us in our mission to transform the cancer experience and create a brighter future for all.
